We offer shipping to various zones across Togo. Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and product weight.
Standard delivery: 3-5 business days within Togo. Express delivery options may be available for select areas.
Free shipping is available for orders over 50,000 CFA. Some products may have special shipping terms.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package.
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
